Don Turgeon, VP – Finance

With over 25 years of financial experience, Don grew his career from early days as a CPA to executive leadership roles in the consumer packaged goods industry before he joined Gilchrist & Soames. His experience improving business processes and enabling business support through improved financial and accounting systems continue to position our organisation well for global growth.

 

Roys Laux, VP – Brand Management & Creative

Roys is a marketing leader with over 15 years of domestic and global experience in brand strategy, global product development, lifecycle planning and marketing implementation.  A lover of brands – not to mention travel, fashion and beauty– Roys has found an ideal home for her experience at Gilchrist & Soames.

Ian Koehler, VP –  Sales

Ian joined the Gilchrist & Soames team in 2010, beginning in account management before moving into a leadership role as Director of Key Accounts. He assumed the role of VP – Sales in 2016. A sports buff who loves to travel, his proven success and thorough knowledge of the industry make him a great asset to existing accounts and those new to partnerships with Gilchrist & Soames.

 

Matthew Hardy, VP – National Accounts

Like Gilchrist & Soames, Matthew originally hails from London. His global orientation and extensive experience in the hospitality industry has proven to be a great benefit to the customers with whom he collaborates to build the perfect amenities partnerships & programmes.

 

Doug Gross, VP – National Accounts

Doug has served in a number of leadership roles as part of  the Gilchrist & Soames sales team, where his proven success and passion for developing successful partnerships has delivered exceptional results for notable properties and regional groups throughout the country.
